I will be a full time Sheriff not going to all of the political events to promote my personal ambitions. Maintain a professional relationship with Commissioners and focus on issues for my divisions.
Develop the Highest Ethics
In order to insure and commit to the highest ethical standards and provision of services, I will immediately authorize a management study of all divisions in the Sheriffs departments. We will be committed to our employees by providing a career roadmap which will allow them to make career decisions that benefit them and us.
